Shipping and Returns
We know how excited our customers are to receive their cacao tea, so all orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time is as follows:
- 3-5 business days with tracking.
We ship all USA orders from California, USA using a network of carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and more. The carrier used to ship each order depends on a variety of factors and unfortunately we are unable to advise customers which carrier will be used in advance.
Canada and International
We know how excited our customers are to receive their cacao tea, so all orders are packaged and shipped within 1-4 business days. Estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Shipping within Canada: 1-7 business days with tracking.
Shipping outside the USA and Canada: 9-22 business days with no tracking.
We ship all Canadian and international orders from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Please note all international orders (outside the USA and Canada) may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge and/or delivery delay beyond our control.

To Receive Your Order by December 24:
- Shipping within the USA: Order by December 12 at 10am PST
- Shipping within Canada: Order by December 11 at 10am PST
- Shipping outside the USA and Canada: Order by December 16 at 10am PST

We know you'll love your cacao tea, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason simply mail the unopened or opened package back to us and we'll provide a full refund, less the initial shipping charge, upon receipt.
Returns must be mailed to us within 15 days of the date you received the item. Any returns mailed after this time may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note that any returns must be mailed to us at your cost.
If you wish to make a return, then please email us first to initiate a return request and receive the return mailing address. Returns that are sent without initiating a return request first will not be processed. Returns that are sent to a different mailing address will be returned to sender. Please indicate the reason for your return in the email along with any photos if necessary for fastest processing.
